Therapy for High-Achieving Women
Tampa Bay & Online Across Florida
The Constant Self-Sacrifice Is No Longer Sustainable
It’s your time to thrive.

You’re Going Too Fast, and You Know It
You’re three sentences into an email reply, carefully checking every word as you go, and you realize you haven’t taken a full breath since you sat down.
The meeting hasn’t even started yet, but you’ve mapped out every question they’ll ask after you’re done with your presentation.
They Think You’ve Got It All Figured Out
From the outside, your life looks successful.
From the inside?
You’re struggling to hold it all together.
Your brain never stops. Which means you’re exhausted as soon as your eyes open in the morning.

The most exhausting thing about you is how good you are at this.
At night, when you can’t sleep, you’re wracked with the fear that you’ve become so accustomed to functioning at a high level that you no longer know how to slow down without falling apart.

Clarity About How You’ve Learned to Operate
Not everything that’s helped you be successful is healthy.
It’s time to dive in and figure out what serves you and what’s holding you back.
As a high-achiever myself, I know how deeply-rooted the patterns of overfunctioning, emotional responsibility, and perfectionism can be.
If you’ve fallen for tying your self-worth to your performance, or if you’re buckling under the constant pressure to manage everything around you, then you owe it to yourself to reach out to me and schedule a free consultation.
Therapy That Keeps Your Ambition Intact
The work here is not about asking you to become less.
It’s about understanding how you’ve learned to operate, so you can stop carrying everything alone.
You do not have to lose yourself to reach your goals.
Together, we work to:
- Identify the thought patterns that keep perfectionism locked in place
- Establish deeper emotional presence in your relationships
- Build boundaries that hold without requiring constant justification
- Communicate directly instead of managing every reaction around you
- Make decisions from clarity instead of the pressure of a thousand open tabs
- Feel emotionally present in your relationships instead of mentally elsewhere
My Three-Step Framework:
Pause, Power, Purpose
-
01
Pause
We slow things down enough to understand how you’ve been operating. Patterns around perfectionism and overfunctioning get named for the first time. For many, it’s the first time they’ve had permission to pause without guilt.
-
02
Power
You reconnect with yourself beyond performance and external expectation. Emotional patterns, identity, and self-worth get examined on their own terms. You begin operating from internal power that feels intentional, not reactive.
-
03
Purpose
This is integration – living differently within your actual life. Decision-making becomes clearer. Boundaries become healthier. A way of operating that feels sustainable and fully your own.

About Dr. Gleim
I’m a licensed psychologist, a bilingual clinician, and the founder of Mindfully Mine Counseling Center – a boutique practice built specifically for high-achieving women who are done with surface-level support.
As a first-generation Latina with a doctorate – roughly one percent of Hispanic women in this country – I know what it costs to be the one who represents, the one who proves, the one who never gets to be tired in front of anyone.
That lived experience shapes how I work with women like you.

As a first-generation Latina with a doctorate, I’ve spent my career alongside women who perform competence as a survival strategy – and I know what it costs from the inside.
A Space Without Performance
This is one of the only spaces in your week where you don’t have to have it together, and your ambition doesn’t need to be minimized to receive support here.
Frequently Asked Questions
I’m functioning fine. Do I really need therapy?
Functioning fine and feeling fine are two different experiences. This work is designed for women who are performing well and privately running on empty.
What kinds of concerns do women bring to this work?
Perfectionism, emotional exhaustion, self-worth tied to performance, career transitions, fertility and pregnancy decisions, and a persistent sense that something needs to shift even when life looks successful from the outside.
What does a session actually look like?
Sessions are collaborative and direct. Real conversations that go beneath the surface – not homework assignments or check-the-box exercises.
Do you work online or in person?
I offer online therapy throughout Florida and in-person sessions in the Tampa Bay area. A 20-minute complimentary consultation is available to begin.
How long does this process typically take?
That depends on what you’re working through and what pace serves you. The Pause, Power, Purpose framework provides structure without a rigid timeline.
