You’re still performing. Still delivering.
Still the one everyone turns to.

And you know something has to change
before the bill comes due.

Sofia
No Time to Think
A composite story

Sofia

Leads at the highest level – but has no space to think.

Sofia is an executive. Her days are decisions that move teams, revenue, and direction. She’s sharp, respected – the one people turn to when something gets complex.

There’s no part of her day where she isn’t on. Even in the quiet moments, her mind is anticipating, planning, problem-solving the next thing. Last Tuesday, she cried in her car for 15 minutes before going inside. The week before, it was on the couch, after the kids went to bed.

Nothing is wrong, exactly. She’s still performing, and that’s part of what makes it harder to name.

Michael & Elena
Roommates, Not Partners
A composite story

Michael & Elena

Became parents and lost their rhythm as partners.

They recently became parents. The world shifted fast. New routine. Less sleep. The constant pull of being needed by someone small. They love their child. They’re both clear about that.

What’s less clear is what happened to them. Conversations got shorter. Misunderstandings fire faster. The patience they used to extend to each other isn’t as available as it used to be.

Both are trying. Both are tired in different ways. Neither wants to say it out loud: we’re becoming roommates running a household.

Danielle
Crushed by the Load
A composite story

Danielle

Goes day and night and never stops.

Danielle is an entrepreneur and a mother. Her day is structured around decisions, meetings, and outcomes other people are counting on. She always delivers.

Then she comes home to a different kind of responsibility. Parenting, routines, logistics, and the emotional presence her family needs from her. Even in moments when she’s supposed to be off, her mind is still tracking. What needs to get done. What I might be missing. What’s coming next.

She knows the load isn’t going anywhere. She’s wondering how to operate differently inside it, and whether she can drop the invisible weight that’s crushing her shoulders.

A different reason to begin

You’re Not Here
Because Something Broke

You’re here because you’re smart enough to know the cost before it comes due. That’s exactly who I work with.

The same life – carried differently.

Sofia Room to Think

Sofia

She still leads at the same level, but she isn’t carrying it the same way. Her thinking is clearer, her decisions feel more grounded, and she’s built space to step out of constant output without losing momentum.

Michael & Elena Partners Again

Michael & Elena

They feel their connection again. Communication is cleaner, tension doesn’t escalate the same way, and they’ve found a rhythm that lets them be partners in life while moving through this new stage.

Danielle Off Her Shoulders

Danielle

She is operating differently inside the same set of responsibilities. The mental load has softened, her energy is more intentional, and she’s stopped paying the invisible tax of tracking everything alone.

Who We Work With

People who are used to high expectations – and limited space for vulnerability.

High-achieving women in leadership
Executives, founders & entrepreneurs
Elite & professional athletes
Professionals managing visibility & identity shifts
Couples working through parenthood & partnership

A common thread across these experiences is ambition paired with complexity.

You may be successful on paper, yet still navigating stress, decision fatigue,
or a quiet sense of disconnection.

Dr. Andrea Gleim

I’m a licensed psychologist, a bilingual clinician, and the founder of Mindfully Mine – a boutique psychology practice for people who operate at the highest level.

For over a decade – across hospitals, community clinics, and university athletic departments – I’ve worked with the people others count on: executives, founders, and elite and professional athletes, from entering the pros to facing career-ending injuries.

I’m part of the approximately 1% of Latinas in the U.S. who hold a doctorate degree. I know firsthand what it means to carry ambition, responsibility, and identity all at once – and to keep moving forward anyway.

“I’ll hold you with one hand and push with the other.”
