About

You Don’t Have to Be Falling Apart to Be Here

Therapy isn’t only for crisis. For when you hit rock bottom.

Many people make the mistake of waiting until everything finally breaks down and there’s no other option.

What if you could get ahead of that?

What if therapy were less about damage control and more about clarity, intention, and finally having space to hear yourself think?

That’s the work we do at Mindfully Mine.

The women who find their way here are leading, building, performing, and delivering. And they’re smart enough to recognize the ceiling before they hit it.

They’re not looking for someone to fix them.

They’re looking for clarity and a space where they can think deeply.

What It Looks Like to Work with Me

Most of my clients connect from their home office between meetings, their backyard with a coffee, or a quiet room they’ve claimed as their own for exactly this hour.

Some sessions happen in person for a deeper, longer, more focused experience when the moment calls for it.

The session is always yours.

From the first conversation, you’ll notice something different:

I actually listen.

Not in a nodding-along, reflective-listening way.

I mean, I’m fully invested in you, your story, and what’s going on beneath the surface. What you said three sessions ago stays with me. The dots you didn’t know were connected get connected.

And yes, I’ll challenge you. Not to be difficult, but that’s where the real work happens. As I like to say, “I’ll hold you with one hand and push with the other.”

My Approach is Collaborative

You are the expert in your life.

I am the expert in psychology.

In our work together, we marry the two and build exactly what you need.

Some sessions feel reflective.

Others feel more like a strategic conversation.

Sometimes, you’ll leave with clarity you didn’t expect.

Other times, you’ll leave with more questions. The good kind – the ones that mean something is shifting.

Here’s What Changes After a Few Months

As our work together progresses, my clients regularly tell me:

They feel lighter. Clearer. Like they’ve finally exhaled after holding their breath for years.

They make decisions differently, with more intention and less noise.

They show up more fully in their relationships.

The pressure doesn’t disappear, but they’re no longer carrying it the same way.

They grew. And they didn’t have to fall apart to do it.

About Dr. Andrea Gleim

I’m a licensed psychologist, a bilingual clinician, and the founder of Mindfully Mine Counseling Center, a boutique telehealth practice licensed in Florida and New Jersey, built specifically for high-achieving women who are done with surface-level support.

My background includes extensive work with executives, entrepreneurs, elite and professional athletes, and individuals navigating high-pressure environments, major life transitions, and the complex identity shifts that come with building something significant.

I understand performance culture not just clinically, but personally.

1%.I’m a first-generation born American and college graduate, and part of the approximately 1% of Latinas in the U.S. who hold a doctorate degree.

I know firsthand what it means to carry ambition, responsibility, and identity all at once and to keep moving forward anyway.

I built Mindfully Mine because I believed there was a better way to do this: more personal, more intentional, and more aligned with the reality of the lives my clients are living.

If you’re here, something in you is already asking for something different.

That’s enough to start.

Off the clock

Outside of my work, I’m a boy mom, a wife, a daughter, and a fur mom to a dachshund (aka wiener dog).I find my own reset in hot yoga, walks outside, and sitting by the water long enough to actually be still.
